Don’t think it matters as it’s a win win at this price, we’ve seen a near 100% rise from lows on hint of bid, the rest is just market mechanics re accounts/trump but fundamentally:
The business is sound
The review was not as bad as feared
A £2.30 bid was rejected less than a year ago, they’ve come back for round 2 knowing nothing (yeah right) about the review outcome - there’s no better opportunity for them to get a lower (or similar offer accepted) which is why they’re still at the table IMO
Either that or go it alone and re rate to those levels in a few years, one of the lowest risk highest rewards in hr entire market IMO if you can ignore the next few months
