There's also been a large seller at play for a few weeks now so hopefully they'll be done soon with this volume, the proof of concept is growing with every RNS - you don't sign strategic agreements around the world if you're not confident it's happening

not a buy... there have been several (possibly more) of these in the past few weeks, but it's being eaten up each time hence the stalemate, freefloat is incredibly low here for 33bn shares in issue so once they stop 'supplying' we should see some nice movement upwards
