Well AS is not an idiot, I have a feeling the 'filing' was probably a week or so later than anticipated - the May 10th was clearly a holding RNS to say it's out of their hands - but no doubt he would have known about how slow they would be

Anyway, I don't think we're far off

Check for an RNS every morning around defined timescale

Timescale is ‘missed’ panic and bed wetters everywhere

Acceptance that it’s out of our control and no longer expect an RNS

I'd imagine it's pretty difficult to get commitment without an approved test, there's a good chance manufacturers are awaiting approval and we'll hear of them in quick succession, bare in mind BBI and GAD were both involved in design so you can technically leave them out

Well I expect it, anything else would suggest AS is bad with timelines

Do you honestly think they announce as soon as they receive confirmation? There’s a reason most RNS’ arrive at 7am - it usually takes time to draft it and run it through the correct channels
