Perhaps for the first time i am now unimpressed i would have expected all of this to be in place prior to application for a SML. Then again perhaps better late then never.

lc has shaped the BOD to be majority KIBO. If there are any on going issues having a majority vote should clear that up

Agreed this has opened up a whole new African energy market at the affordable end. The success of the big ticket projects will fund these smaller projects, no dilution.

New big ticket projects may well go through way more smoothly as government will be dealing with a company that has a track record of delivery. I would not be surprised to find that there may be a micro project or three for Tanzania in the mix.

Lc is a talented multi tasking CEO with a vision. That some Pi cannot keep up should not be the reason to slow down and hold back

This latest RNS has cost the amount needed to publish. There has been no further expenditure outside of attending discussions. By the time due diligence is done to take the UK project further. The FC for MCPP 300mw will be completed !!. Soon after the upgrade to 600mw=

How much more funds in the bank is yet to be determined. Possibly enough to get MCIPP to sign off by the Botswana government as it appears to be late stage. How much is that worth. I think the funding for the UK 20mw project is sourced from MCPP and MCIPP.

What will the SEPCO initial valuation be on Kibo at end of September and when will they re evaluate to take into consideration new projects and their timelines to FC.

I believe LC is in a hurry and we will see more micro power projects coming through over the next 12 months. These micro projects will be a mix of gas, hydro and solar . I believe the macro projects will be all about coal(africa) and maybe gas across the different projects. Clearly not coal for the UK but I still never understood why the UK has not embraced CBM. That way the coal stays in the ground, you burn the methane gas and the by product is potable drinking water, NO fracking required.

IF the due diligence is successful the business plan looks like a roll out plan for perhaps up to 300mw. The above NPV will look way higher at 300mw
