If the sp is being smashed then the MM are demonstrating what we all say about them is true. That they would manipulate based upon a press release realtingto an event 12 months old is either ignorance or stupidity. not that they care as they are making money out of those who did not understand the article

I am not sure that a press release with a history lesson is sufficient purpose for a regulatory document to be authorised by a NOMAD

The good news is that LC and others will have had very clear guidance when drafting the final documents.

Tanesco having said NO to everything, are in a good place because they would have received a deluge of proposals which they have already suggested that KIBO is the best they have seen.

Knowing what happened has made me more confident that the COS is higher, not secured. Just in a better place..

In addition Norway and the others are not taking IC off the road they are only allowing new car sales to be EV and still most of those will be hybrid from beyond the dates they stated. The dateline may move with reality of EV working better or worse than expected.
