That would be my preference at the moment. A nice 100+ bedroomed facility. Having said that, I'd take a TR1, another spin off, new large contract, DIM licencing deal, or more Italian meat products. Hi Info. You will still retain 100% of your ORPH shares. Lets say you hold 1% of the total ORPH shares , then you should own 1% of the new company too.

Welcome to the Orphan Army JC. If you hold a share in Orphan through a share account (not CFD or Spread bet) then when the company is spun off you will automatically receive a share in the new company. The thought is that these assets have a zero book price but the reality is some of the value of the new company will have already been priced in to the ORPH SP so I would expect to see the price in Orphan drop slightly to cover some of the holding you will have in the new company. Then the share price in the two companies go there separate ways. Hope you enjoy the ride with Orphan.

Their analysis is, but I think the volume for Invesco (wash my mouth out with soap) is as of 26th March, which is more up-to-date than Morning Star.
