But, yes, it is important that we are told the Civil are started,... as you say,..8 weeks,.. maybe less,..to drill ready,.... so if someone is going to make a 'move' or show their hand before we drill,.. we are now in countdown mode.

I doubt that will happen,... particularly as the GSA isn't signed yet. Until that is signed we don't know the true value of our find... and that makes a move very, very speculative. I'm hoping that this isn't the last of the RNSs'... and the GSA will be landing very soon.

I also think the time taken has to do with the "positioning" of the partners, in particular Schlum,....IMHO they needed to ensure that all of their eggs were in the right basket before the drills,... it would appear that this has now been done, as this RNS tidies up their commitment, to Tendrara and the Eastern Morroco Licence area,.... before ... and after.

Absolutely,...I doubt it took two weeks travelling to sort that out. Pllenty more to come IMHO... could we have a re-run of the one a day for the rest of the week?

So the key issue that needs to be addressed, is not with the specifics of our contract,..but is more "global,"..... as in,... will any of our suppliers/partners withdraw from the project because they don't want to be "black balled" by the USA?

Aug 4th is fast approaching,.... and that will be a catalyst for some sort of action by the EU and the USA.

mk,.... I wouldn't be surprised if the $/scuff isn't "fixed" price,... I could forsee a deal where the price is related to volumes supplied etc., ?

But FWIW,... I'd through my hat in at a base price to the upper end of JP's 7-9$ guidance---- so, please put me down for 8.5$ Hopefully we will know very soon.

I contacted BM last week about the TRE-9 approval etc.,..... He replied on Friday 13th..
