Slide 11---- timeline for GSA agreement appears to end in circa last week of Jan. Given where we are in the process you would have thought that would be perhaps based upon some already agreed sign-off dates?

It maybe semantics,..... but the RNS did not say it was 'draft' contract,....it said that Contracts had been draughted. Which, IMHO,... means that they are now written up.... and just need excecuting; perhaps Board approval from both sides, or something of that manner...?

Guys,... it could equally be notification of someone "selling"., across the relevant holding threshold(s). A notification has to be used in either instance.

Yes I read something that stated circa 1Mpax per year in 2017..( would need to search to find the actual link and don't have the time atm)...... if we assume that includes embarking and arriving.... that would be circa 500k at $5/head= $2.5M per annum....

BUT,.. massive assumption that the figure is 500K and the $5/head etc,...

Time to sit back and just wait and see...it is what it is,....

Errr.. prob laity not,..... first the existing rig needs to be de=commissioned and taken down,.. then the testing gear needs to be delivered to site and commissioned then the testing needs to take place. 6 weeks min.

As far as I am aware there has never been any steer by the company as to value,..only that it is a 'long term' contract,... which IMO,.means circa 10yr+..

The GSA being negotiated is not dependant upon or related to the TE-10 well result. It monetises our existing discovery only..... I'm sure we all recall JP saying that he hoped to have had it agreed before the start of the summer,... well before any of the latest exploratory wells were underway.

IMHO,... the GSA will be signed before we get the results to TE-10,.... and quiet possibly around the beginning of Feb (?)... when all of the major related parties will be attending the Morrocco Energy Conference; that,..would be an ideal opportunity, diary-wise,... with them being all being together in one place? Fingers crossed. I seem to remember James making a comment,... possibly in a FSC or the conference call,... that the GSA would start to become a critical path item early in the New Year?? Anybody else recall that or am I imagining it?

When he is spotted shopping for a luxury apartment in a gated "Retirement Home",..development,.... then we will know we are close!

... and if you read to write-ups of some of the passenger experiences passing through that airport they have been dire,.... many involving passengers being asked for cash to have bags passed through security without being searched etc.,....... definitely in need of WSG's services to bring security up to International Standards. Tourism is Tanzania's biggest revenue earner,..

Certainly looks as if both sides are beginning to 'position' themselves for some sort of movement..... Trump is looking increasingly vulnerable and will, iMHO,... want to be able to claim that his tactic has worked... before the EU spv is up and running? Could well be why the EU appear to have been dragging their feet on this front,... to give the US claim 'victory' and start to loosen the sanctions etc.,?

Yet again, we have an interesting few weeks ahead, which should also include a further update on the second Contract.

I think the company has said on several occasions that the GSA is for the existing find only, and so we should be able to go forward and sign that,..in fact we NEED,. to move forward and sign that,.. as without it,.. we have no market for the gas that we do have,...it also underpins the finance negotiations for the pipeline etc., and the processing plant.

.... and about 12 weeks after the sining of the MoU between the two parties,.. Sir T returns home from and "african' country with a draft contract in his briefcase.

...and this follows on from preliminary work which started in November 17... Mar 18..... which envisaged having works in place be end of 18...

As to the end of Jan trading statement....my calcs look like circa £8.65M+ for Sales revenue over 2018, up from £5.4M in 2017 and £4.4M in 2016.... so year on year growth of circa 56+% growth,.. which will make good reading at the end of the month.--

That is made up using following assumptions-- Managed Services £3.6M, (2017-3.6M)... Tech Division £5.0M, (consisting of £1.8, assumed normal tech revenue plus the £3.2M, vehicle screening contract).... against the overall Tech division sales of £1.8M in 2017.

I've not allowed for any annual growth in the Managed services division given that the Half year report said they were initially below that of 2017's,.. ( in part due to elections in SL etc.,) although they did also report that there had been stronger numbers post election and that they believed this would offset H1.

Looking forward to the Trading update and more info on the various contracts etc.,
