Blue trades are all sells if you check the date and times, probably what contributed to the drop. 300k, one person profit taking made 50k to 100k can’t blame them.

Well, I was convinced we would be 12p today but this share never does what you think, maybe modest is the best outlook, slow and steady wins the race…..

Those that bought in around 6-7p hoping for the 100% increase once EL granted, and those that have lost interest and the impatient have sold today. Clear them all out so we can see a steady and slow rise up from here. New investors will catch on soon to what a good investment this is. It took 10 days to go from 5p to 8.5p in May so sit back and enjoy the ride, it may go up and down along the way put we will never see sub 7 again. 10p by August.

I got moved to them from the Share Center, had the same problem, F****ng useless, don't think they can be arsed doing anything before 8.30am, price on their app is still showing 7.3p.

Sounds to me everything has been agreed, now just waiting for the rubber stamp ??

I think a lot of the sales are maybe just profit taking, as I bought in @ 10p and sold @ 66p when it ran out of steam (best gains I've ever had) and some people bought in even lower. I still think there is plenty of up side here so will hopefully buy back in if it ever gets to the low 50's again.

In my opinion this a very good Binary gamble, either they will get the licence or they won't, strongly waited in the favour of they will. Small chance of losing 80-100% of your money, or a large chance that you will make 100%-300% in the short term. More in the long term. Once the licence is agreed they will need cash though to start drilling, either a farm in or fund raise. I don't think they will need much cash to get the oil flowing, as no pumping is required so a small fund raise would be good. Once oil starts flowing they should be bringing in around $50,000 a day or around $1,500,000 a month, based on current prices, which should give them sufficient funds for operations and more exploration.

Confident these can go to £1 + but just top sliced @ 60p to get my initial investment back (bought @ 10p)
I think they will rise steadily until August results, then who knows.......

I agree, this may get suspended for a week while they sort out the accounts but if they sell Wipac this could "multibag" in a few weeks.

Update on banking position and timing of results announcement



Carclo plc ("Carclo" or the "Group"), a global manufacturer of fine tolerance injection moulded plastic parts mainly for the medical, automotive lighting and optics markets, issues this update on its banking arrangements and the timing of the announcement of the results for the year ending 31 March 2019 (the "2019 financial year").

As announced on 22 July 2019, the Group reached formal agreement with the pension trustee regarding the level of pension contributions to be paid by Carclo until January 2021 which, in turn, enabled the Group to reach outline agreement on an extension of the Group's existing borrowing facilities for the same period. The Group can confirm that formal banking documentation was subsequently entered into such that Carclo now has financing in place until January 2021. The Board believes the revised terms of the extended facilities include covenants and pricing which are appropriate to the current circumstances of the Group.

It was also announced on 22 July that preparation of the results for the 2019 financial year and their audit were well advanced and the Board hoped to be able to complete the required work and announce the results by 31 July 2019, as required under the Listing Rules. However, whilst a substantial part of this work is complete, the Group's continuing discussions regarding a potential sale of the Wipac business, together with the potential implications of the previously reported poor performance of that business, mean additional preparation and audit work are required to be undertaken.

Consequently, the Board now believes the Group and its auditors will not be able to finalise the audit and publish the accounts for the 2019 financial year by 31 July 2019.

A further announcement as to the expected timing for the publication of the Group's results for the 2019 financial year will be made as soon as practicable.

One seller @ 1.35 then moves up to one seller @ 1.5 then one seller @ 1.7 - Three buyers @ 1.35
So in my guestimates and experience the price is more likely to go up than down with a few buys but we dont know whats going on in the background, as based on those figures the price should have gone up with the 3 buy trades today. Not an exact science as anybody with level 2 would be a millionaire but sadly I am not....yet

Thought it looked like the right time to buy based on Level 2 data but may be wrong......hopefully I'm not, worth a punt at these prices though.

The two recent trades showing as sells are both my buys BTW.

Not selling but lending out to the shorters, which they have been doing for the last 12 months. Polar Capital probably.
