George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Hi Lyndhurst,
Are you invested here? If yes, have I misunderstood what you have said 'Really can’t see any buyer bidding above the current sp range.'? If you are invested here, what is your strategy? Doesn't sound like a great idea holding a share when you don't expect the value to increase.
As far as the ring is concerned, put it in an auction where there are several people who need to buy it and then it may achieve £10k.
It's so quiet. Low volume yesterday. A bot free Saturday (so far). Even the regulars seem to have taken the weekend off. Perhaps it has all been said. Hopefully the calm before the storm. Next week could be very exciting. Bring your oilskins. Good luck all.
Mike
Hi Guitarman
I think everyone would like an update. I personally think there are only two updates that we might be given, the sale RNS or a resource update. They BOD should release a resource update if one is confirmed, but, as someone already mentioned, the last one seemed to be posted reluctantly after Rowka unearthed it. Lets hope the next update is the sale, before Christmas please!
Cheers, Mike
Hi Ian,
My one and only guess for the next major RNS is 30/11. I think it will be carefully choreographed to link in with the NN day on the 1st December. As for the price, I'll go for a round pound £1.00, I just like the sound.
Many thanks for your help in keeping us entertained as we go quietly bonkers.
Good luck!
Hi Geordie_ben,
No need to worry. When/if the sale price is announced the share price should rise to a level close to the sale price and stay there. Just doing nothing will result in you getting the sale price when the sale goes through.
Funny you should say that. I was thinking about that yesterday and realised that was the picture in my mind. I also had a picture of a Data Room like something out of Thunderbirds with flashing light and tapers going backwards and forwards. Obviously nothing like that :). I was thinking about it from the point of view of time difference and would that affect the timing of an RNS. Conlusion......spending too much time thinking about Eurasia.
I think it is more likely that a conditional contract will be in place by the time we see a sale RNS. Contract subject to shareholder approval. Otherwise a buyer could just walk away.
Thanks Tilly.
I normally try and follow this board quite closely, work permitting. However, at times this weekend it was pretty much a pitched battle and it wasn't adding much to the big picture. Thanks to all for the information and shared research (Well, not quite all).
