PL is quite generous at handing over unsecured loans from one dodgy company to another he is involved in ( minus an arrangement fee of course ) RRL - CCC $2 million ( not likely to be paid back any time soon ) and then of course there are "admin fees" - more spent on admin than exploration

I totaly agree - but you can be pretty sure that the state will NEVER admit to a mistake and throw the kitchen sink ( ie more of OUR money ) to "resolve" the situation...
