from official announcement JLP haven't moved to phase 2 so they have no rights over EPL- i'm not sure holders of JLP or GLR realise this?

Alernatively if JLP won't help then can't we just get a big placing away (£3m) at 1-1.25p- that's a big discount to the closing price but should cover us for a long period of time.This is what he should have done when we traded at 4-5p.

best to get the nominee to give you the share certificates,but it should still show up in your trading account. My Oxus gold shares still show up in my iii account nearly 3 years after delisting ( i didn't get the share cert)

We shall now commence with a scoping study, targeting a 150koz-200koz per annum low cost gold operation, to be completed by year end.

Our ability to upgrade this significant, near-surface gold deposit in such a short timeframe clearly demonstrates the largely untapped potential of both the Akyanga project and the 55km long gold belt within our 133km2 mining license area.
