this has turned into..

1.5p in Dec and it still can't even get past 0.5p

how long can we remain suspended?
I read somewhere that AIM companies are given 6 months to come back after which we would have to delist?

after getting the block we wanted in the 30th licencing round (a month ago), i expected some news on the financing...

the selling at these levels has been going on for months,how much more stock needs to be shifted?

Daisan-fair point, lets see what package they do come up with. A local partner will surely come on board,maybe they will give a % away? I'm not sure how we would value this once we do actually produce 25k tonnes but at that point they would also have explored more of Beutong and hopefully some of the value starts to show in the share price.

Getting BKM into production has to be the main priority. The BFS study should be out soon and then the fianancing pacakge-just hope they start getting a move on.The original intention was to be in production by end of 18 -obviously that's not going to happen... Central Asian Metals (caml) currently produces around 15k tonnes per annum and has a mc of nearly £500m so even with further dilution and based on production of 25k tonnes so we could have a share price (18 months time) of 30p+, just based on bkm.. Nothing at present is being priced in for Beutong or ksk other prospects.

Jubilee has reached agreement in support of BMR's efforts to resolve the settlement of approved past creditors ("Creditors"), by allowing BMR to allocate a sufficient portion of its existing holding of ordinary shares in Jubilee ("Jubilee Shares") towards settlement of these Creditors in an amount of approximately GBP597 015 (USD800 000). All such Jubilee Shares held by BMR will be transferred to a Jubilee nominated Broker account. To this extent Jubilee has agreed to lift the lock-in period as defined in the Share Subscription Agreement entered into between BMR and Jubilee on 15 January 2018, to allow the transfer of the Jubilee Shares to settle the Creditors. Leon Coetzer, Chief Executive commented: "We are making excellent progress on the Kabwe project with the construction of the primary leach circuit well underway. Final tests on the ore handling systems are expected to conclude shortly to confirm equipment selection. Further details on the project will be released following the project presentation to the Zambian Mining Ministry expected to be held on or before 20 June 2018."
