Im sure this has been discussed before. I got a letter through the post today asking me to take action. I pretty sure this is to do with giving instrustions about the share certificate? I am with Halifax and there is no any related options for me when I log into the dealing platform. Anybody happen to be with Halifax ir suggest what to do?
