Caveman, thanks for sharing but I am also with Halifax and got a very different answer calling them today
1st call to Halifax, I explained the situation about Frontera delisting and my holding no longer displayed on my account. The bloke on the other end advised I should give ComputerShare a call
2nd call to ComputerShare. I explained the situation once again. To my surprise, the person did a system check and could not find ANY holding under my full name. We tried my home address and again no record. I was then given advice to call my broker (Halifax) and ask them to give ComputerShare a call
3rd Call Halifax. I rang back to explain I just called ComputerShare and that there is no record of any holding under my name. The guy named Steven, advised they are still waiting for the Certificates themselves, and there is no timeframe on when they will receive them. Theoretically, the holding should be re-displayed once the certificate is received on their end
Great! No holding under my name, no timeframe given as to when the mess will be sorted out
