Possible valuation17 Jul 2025 12:06
Given the long history of PRD’s exploration efforts, lots has been written on here re possible values, obviously we have been diluted over the years, but we are still debt free. A huge advantage and one I have come to realize was very prudent of PG, as no one could foresee just how long this would take to come to fruition, imagine if we were paying $2m a year in repayments !!!!
We seem to be approaching a crossroads, prove up MOU-3 and sell as a going concern. This will assist any possible bidders (including the Moroccan Govt) to see the very real value in MOU-5, MOU-2 and the other 8 target area’s that PG has mentioned over the years.
What value can be extracted for the Gas, Oil, NGL (very valuable) and Helium (value x20 times that of Gas)
What would PG want to walk away with to enjoy his retirement, after making history in Morocco.
$0.5bn maybe $1bn might be a starting figure, but if you imagine what we might be sitting on, $3-8bn might be the eventual unlocked value for S.H.
Equally important is the shape/timescale of any deal, there is a fine-line/balance to a deal, fair to all parties.
Assuming 750m shares/warrants, what does that mean vs final value obtained.
$1.40 vs £1 GBP
$1 billion = £714m divided by 750m shares = 95p ($0.5billion = 47p)
$3 billion = 285p (this is my conservative guess)
———————————————————————————————
$5 billion = 475p
$8 billion = 760p
