Assume a VERY conservative 2m oz gold (zero other metals)9 Sep 2025 17:59
Someone asked my thoughts re valuations (M/Cap) so here are my thoughts.
** What I cannot pin down is the timescale, however it looks like we will fast track at least 1 project, possibly a twin track approach
Assumptions based on Gold price at $3300, USD vs GBP of 1.30 (most investment. houses are assuming $4,000 as a datum price, rising to $4,500 next year)
Assuming a total gold reserve figure of 2m oz across our Columbia license, I am assuming an average AISC of $1700 and therefore a net figure of $1600 = $3300
2m oz multiplied by $1600 = $3.2 billion divided by 1.3 = £2.46 billion m/cap, divided by 313m shares = 786p SP
In time, I am sure the MRE’s (more than one) will upgrade to. at least 2m oz gold.
I have used a very conservative assumption on gold and costs, I have not inc Warrants in the equation - which will make a small difference.
You can play around with these figures, 5m oz, 10m oz, gold at $4500
Obviously I have NOT included anything for Argentina
So in summary I believe (but too early to confirm) we will declare a minimum of 2m oz, approx minimum valuations as declared, lots of variables (NPV’s EV
