I suspect due to the massive investment required to maximise returns over a 20-40 year period with associated huge profits, I suspect either a massive oil and gas major, state funding from Morocco maybe we reverse the license to 25/75% in their favour or a SWF.

£23m for 5 drills is fantastic value for money, big oil can spend that and more on a single drill !!!

We have gained a massive amount of data, sharpening the ‘spear’ ready for MOU-6.

How do people imagine we would have arrived here without Placings ???

Agreed, I’ve banged on about MOU-2 for years, including emailing PG trying to illicit a response within the disclosure rules.

Still think we might eventually get news of a US listing.

There could be a huge flood of news over the next 12 months, as various catalysts are declared!

IJWT, I am not shouting down anyone.

I am putting my point across as are you, let us get to the end game and see what’s what.

WHEN PG, GRH, and the other sensible but positive posters are finally proven to be correct re what we probably have in Morocco across our giant license area, I presume you will all line up and apologise.

Some of us believe in the possibilities, imagine how us LTH will feel if we are vindicated in our position with positive news of huge gas, oil, NGL and Helium reserves.

The difference between the LTH and the continuous naysayers, the LTH have invested hard earned cash, completed massive amounts of research and will wait to see what the progress is, good or bad.

Patience is key, PRD moves forward slowly, I have a strong feeling we will all know, either amazing news and LTH vindicated or the naysayers will continue I told you so !!

I am following experience, PG, GRH, BRV, Jasper etc etc, not because they talk up PRD but because they talk common sense backed up with facts and reasoned discussion, all the pointers, previous geological info and drilling results/DYOR x 50

Good luck, remember the hardest thing to pin down is the TIMESCALE of events.

Does anyone track/know the number of Shares/headroom PRD has available to Place before they are required to issue another CPR.

Realistically PG does not have time to produce another CPR, therefore the headroom number might be the short term answer to the max number of shares issued in a possible future Placing.

Maybe NOW is the time to complete MOU-2 - if we know about all the issues, be really good to complete and then TEST MOU-2, great results expected, RESTORE CONFIDENCE, massive uplift in SP, plus ability to sign a GSA after drill/test MOU-6 (2 flowing drills)

Almost certainly if we are not drilling 6 until Feb/March, small Placing I suspect

I still feel very confident we will succeed, just not confident in timescales.

However remember we will require 2 successful drills in order to sign a GSA, I suspect now might be a good time to re visit MOU-2 on the back of a successful MOU-6.

But I do expect a small placing.

After 6 years of 3 steps forward, 2 steps back, the SP starting to go up, only to be stopped in its tracks by a Placing, at exactly the time you do not want a Placing, years of waiting, broken promises, slipped timescales, well, we are finally here, TESTING OF MOU-3, the culmination of 6 years patience, with cash in the bank to rapidly rollout testing MOU-1 and MOU - 4.

Given a positive outcome on MOU-3 I suspect we will see a sustained climb in the SP as people realize this also de risks to some degree, 1 & 4.

We need to see detailed results from MOU-3 and read the small print of any GSA, then we will see the M/Cap rise in line with new expectations.

I am starting to think we might have to stretch timelines to see a better uptake on Leakbot, I am very focused on manufacturing ramp up, that will tell a story.
