If the SP rose 1p per day, which should not be a big ask, that would put the SP at 80p or M/Cap at approx £300m as we approach xmas.

That seems entirely possible and very likely.

What might we get if we sold our holding to another Co, that would add to the company coffers and help development of our core areas of interest.

Nigeria is not I feel of great interest, divestment to strengthen OMI and concentrate on our 2 main countries, avoiding everything bad in Nigeria.

Wait for the presentation and RNS likely disclosing future detailed plans and timescales, I see very strong upward pressure on SP as the next part of the story is revealed.

Vick22, I take another, more pragmatic/basic approach.

I look at the assets, the license areas, BOD, POG, AISC, and try to calculate likely future M/Caps, against current and possible future shares in issue, I put all of that against future possible timelines and come out with possible SP over 1-7 years, all the above I agree is NOT a perfect science, lots of if’s and buts.

Long term do you not agree OMI should produce a superb SP performance against all known metrics ?

There is also the World debt/Fiat currency debacle to wade through, probable stock market crash(s)

All with the background of a possible wildcard Bid at anytime, too early in the news cycle, wait for more discoveries, Argentina, I can easily see a M/Cap of £600m maybe within 2 years, meaning an SP of 155p - conservatively inside some other pundits forecasting a 50 bagger.

The exact timeline no one can predict.

My only worry is how gold stocks will be treated if the market crashes, will they be dragged down in the market mayhem or will they continue to rise with gold probably still rising in market conditions of a 20%-40% crash.

We are steady as she goes, building a very strong base, POG increasing, it matters not if news comes this week or next, in the overall picture we are in an incredibly strong position with massive news flow over the next 6-12 months.

As each piece of good news drops, the big money will be modeling our future anticipated Costs/Profits, we will be of interest to many companies, plus institutional investment.

Hold and watch the SP move strongly upwards.

I am expecting the DOW to correct as we approach the end of the year (profit taking) that might be all it takes for a crash, gold will go up, USD will weaken, gold will go up :)

Agreed LW, quite correct. I suspect the next RNS to drop with great results of drilling, that is yet more confirmation of not only the drilling but more positive info re the MRE.

Then another RNS confirming the Placing is signed off, then with both RNS’s I fully expect we will move up strongly again.

I suspect we might not follow a classic LC, more a super compressed LC due timescales being somewhat shorter, plus a twin track or triple track approach to exploring/drilling.
