I’m now expecting a pull back in the SP over the next 2 months, the market is unforgiving of any even slight negative story.

I can see this back to 18p-22p offering a great entry price, before momentum picks up again as positive news re confirms the story.

Having listened to the interview May I respectfully suggest we might need to raise our expectations of possible share price uplift, there is going to be the most massive demand for our shares, all the publicity of our Oz listing, demand will be massive as we enter a super cycle for gold stocks.

The real question, do you have enough GGP shares, only you know the answer.

The SP might be 300p (for ex) and margin in theory larger, but obviously less shares, so hopefully it will even up.

I wonder with a little bit of spare cash if it might be worth re visiting MOU-2 ?

MOU-2 has left a lot of unanswered questions, we know a huge amount more re the geology/mud etc and PG said we would re visit, if not now, when??

The next AGM needs a proper venue, with adequate time allowed for a face to face asking PG some very searching questions NOT ONLINE.

If we want to keep the license we must continue with our obligations, this was always the case.

PG must now negotiate a JV, **** what shape that takes, who knows.

There seems to be gathering evidence PRD have found hydrocarbons, the press speculation appears to be PG’s method for spreading the word, hopefully keeping ONHYM happy.

Evening, I have put together something that might help a few people understand our possible future valuation as it is not the case that as we discover more and more gas the value will increase in a linear fashion.

Some will agree that a base valuation is 0.4p per Bcf or 400p per Tcf, what is harder to understand is whatever gas we discover after 3-4 Tcf will be worth less.

The reason is that a ceramic factory will pay a very reasonable sum for fairly small amounts of CNG, however once we have found sufficient gas to extract above the sales requirements to local suppliers, we will sell the gas as G2P or G2EUR at much reduced sums.

Hence the figures below might be of some use.

Assuming 490m shares and flat rate (no discount of 400p per Tcf)

1 to 4 Tcf . full value - therefore per Tcf =400p

5 to 8 Tcf - apply a 50% discount

8 to 12 Tcf - apply a 65% discount

12 to 16 Tcf - apply a 75% discount

16 Tcf and above apply a 80% discount

If we found 10 tcf the value would equal approx £27 per share or an M/Cap of £13 billion

However PG has stated his intention is to create a CNG business and sell off the rest.

So now assume we initially only discover 4Tcf and sell off the balance of the field, keeping Stub equity.

Some rough estimates indicate a likely Divi of 55p per share pa, if 15 Tcf is found and extracted over 20 years.

Not everyone/anyone will agree with my figures, but it sure is interesting playing around with the variables to see where we might be.

Is PG trying to let us know without upsetting our partners

Hi Tom, I would say whilst the SP performance is a major disappointment, we are only midway through the journey.

I have said countless times (just last week) pinning down the timelines is impossible.

We have yet to finalise a commercial deal, until then we cannot quantify a value.

I am sorry you are down, really I am, but as always DYOR before investing etc etc.

I respectfully suggest we await a confirmation of a commercial deal, then we can establish VALUE

We are all waiting for the fat lady to sing, keep the faith.

Whilst everyone is frustrated by lack of comms, I still believe in our 3 projects, massively so if we have Helium, given its massive value force multiplier effect.

P2P, I was talking about a possible global recession due Trump and a possible softening of gas prices.

However it seems I am wrong, plenty of evidence to suggest rising gas prices.
