Mat. I thought it was obvious they were only redeeming the £150k CLN. Though the wording wasn’t the best when you look back at it. Ed actually went to the bother to clarify it, but what about the £250k CLN that is due to be converted this month ????

I think I’d be happy just to get my money back from SWB. Full year sales due soon from SWB and they expect it to be lower than forecast, in the region of £600k sales. So won’t be any profit from that to pay back Ed’s IOU. As long as they get Leap money soon they can pay their expenses for another year and still have over £1m to invest in something exciting. Lol. I’ve heard Ed’s father is selling shares in his greyhound.

Somebody last week tried to say....Hey look at those names who are holding.....Yea they bought in around 7 years back when they had hope in their investments...Lorne offloaded over £2m worth of shares to Saladino at 17p a share. He, along with Jim and co haven't bought any more shares since......Maybe OD will be right.....Level 2 showing less than 200k more to sell and the bid is 1.95

They need the money quick. Funds are depleted and Ed and Co want their well earned wages.

Been in and out of this for over 7 years. It’s a good share to trade. But that was in the days of pump and dump. It’s never been a one to invest for the long term. If it was it would be closer to nav. It might recover and you may even double your money from here, even after first payment from Leap, take away expenses and they have a million or so to invest. Hardly going to make it rocket.

Yea it does have a couple of decent ones. The problem is with the BOD. Even if NAV increases by a decent amount, there is no confidence in the BOD. It’s failed miserably. Hence the rather large discount to NAV.

Lol. Oh I understand now. You’re new here. You should familiarise yourself with the history of Seed / Ffwd and you will understand why there is such a large discount to Nav.

You do know the NAV will be the same when they get the money from the sale of Leap ?

Yea True. This didn’t drop in a straight line over the last seven years. It did sort of bob around a bit before ending up here. Lower than it was 7 years ago.

There are a few companies in a similar set up. Many just play it like this. Gives them a job as well as the chance to use other people’s money in their own or mates companies. Though I know seed are 100% genuine…….and honest……I’ve known shady companies who maybe could only borrow money from payday loan companies as nobody else would touch them say to the BOD hey loan me say for instance…….£5m of that cash you have in your company and maybe I could give you a large envelope afterwards. Of course I’m not saying seed would do that, but a shady company would and this has been done many times in the past.

Totally agree. They don’t manage the holdings. They buy and that’s it. They won’t sell because it’s either in their own companies or that or their mates. Plenty of mates deals going on.

They bought their holdings over 7years back. Even Saladino paying 17p a share. They haven’t bought any in the last 7 years or more…….even down here at 2p….

Back then Seed or FFWD as it was known as - named after Jim’s book…..did actually have a couple of interesting investments. They have since written off 5. Lost £5m in a deal that other investors refused to invest in as it was already in state. And add to that a company back then that was sold to mates for £500k when analysts said their holding was worth around £5m. Probably true as their mates sold that same holding just 18 months after being gifted it from Ffwd for £500k for £50million. You still wonder why they are in the Shyte ????
