Bought Too many doggo. I had word of Leap being sold - which as shown was untrue. Even on a 7’s average still a little be apprehensive on making any decent return.

True. As long as they sell Leap there is no reason for a raise. They have enough to pay the bills for the rest of the year. They just need to sell Leap so they can increase NAV and reinvest. Until then this will be the share price for now

Agree Longlad. They can do a raise at any price they want. I was speaking figuratively when I said they couldn’t do a raise down here. The thing is there are no buyers even at this level. Any raise below 10p and it’s lowering the already on its ass NAV. Still makes me laugh at the RNS many years back when they said they expect Leap to IPO early 2017. Here we are at 2022. Have to agree though Leap is unrecognisable from what it was back then. Surely even Ed can’t screw this up. After they sell Leap they should change its name to hide its past, hire a real fund manager and move on. Can’t see it becoming anything unless it does.

Well I still stand by what I’ve always thought about this. It’s an absolute POS ran by crooks in the past and incompetent currently. Yet it’s worth a gamble at this price. I really do think it could reach 12p with good news from Leap. More upside than down as far as I can see.

The problem this time being, is that they need to sell Leap to move forward. There is no way they could do a raise in the situation they are in now. If the share price and NAV is to ever move forward again it needs the boost from Leap. It could well be another case of a few years down the line “ if only we had held onto Leap” problem is they really do need the cash to move forward. It could well turn into another MoonActive scenario. Seeds holding would be worth £300m. today- hindsight is a wonderful thing. That situation isn’t a problem with me, the problem was when they sold it for £500k. Two analysts had valued it in the region of £5m plus - which was probably quite accurate as the mates that bought that £500k worth from FFWD sold it for £50m 18 months later. Still p1sses me off these shady deals. This time though Ed has talked about his £50m mcap. Let’s see Ed. Should be within a couple of weeks unless he’s missed his target again

Ed doesn't want any shares Longlad. He's had plenty of opportunities like he's openly stated. He notified us 18 months ago that its up for sale

Even the dogs get a spike now and again doggo. They have had about 3 or 4 months over NAV in as many years. When would you expect it to exceed NAV again? I don't see it. The more that becomes listed the more visible the NAV. will be, not worth paying more on the hope of an unlisted equity release in that case. Just give us cash from Leap....and lots of it..

Like your chart shows doggo. It’s been a long time since this has been at a premium to the NAV. I don’t see it ever being at a spike or big premium to the NAV again due this BOD. Once Leap is sold there won’t be any assets that could give a huge increase in NAV like Leap can - the MAV will be more visible. Why would anyone pay a premium like they did years back here?

Ed. Was appointed 18months back to sort the IPO. FFWD are the biggest shareholders by far. Leap themselves are the minority shareholder. I don’t believe the War could be used as an excuse.

I’ve got my fill of these Longlad. Agree it’s worth a gamble at this price but I won’t put anymore into this. Should hear in the next week or so if Ed is on target for H1 IPO…..won’t be holding my breath for it ….lol…the idea that Ed thinking the Cannabis side will take its mcap to £50m and not Leap has me thinking twice….delusional springs to mind….I would probably buy in at this price if I didn’t have so many. I’m hoping for quint to buy back in for the 20th time because as soon as he buys in, that very same day he is on the phone to the entire BOD getting inside information LOL. £20 about the same as their £2m invested in yooma is now worth. Less of the old....;)

Good quick return, though wasn't really worth keeping that quantity that they were allocated at the time. £190k profit wouldn't even add a tenth of a penny to the NAV. I'll judge him by Leap.Can't mess that up surely
