Yea like you say it's there in black and white. If they have been suspended for 6 months (which they have ) they WILL be delisted

I've just bought today. Just wondering how long you lot have held your shares ?

I'm not 100% sure Jim but I've had a browse at the legal rules of AIM...I think its AIM that makes the decision of delisting a company not the company and it makes it sound like if the company doesn't relist in 6months they are automatically delisted. They could relist again....at cost circa £350k. But it would be easier for them not to bother...I've seen it happen with companies in the past and the company has been sold for a token payment....like a quid then magically appear with a different name but same plan.Obviously the company has no assets what so ever just huge losses so it would be easy to just fold and sold for a token...Crazy as there are hundreds of aim companies making huge losses but with big valuations....Look at snapchat....never made a profit losing hundreds of millons...yet will be valued at $25billion.... It would be such a rip off if they go that route...Fingers crossed they pull something off and relist...

Just bought 40k this afternoon. Would like to think they would be at least 20p within 12 months if not more.

Basically we would hold a share of a private company that lost £6m last year and has no tangible assets. That means we own a share of their debt.

I'm not entirely sure We still own the shares in the company. But many years ago I had this happen to a South African gold mine shares. They said yes you own this much of a share in the company and if you can make mutual agreements between others you can privately sell your shares to them of course nonobdy wanted them. They then dissolved the company saying they hadn't nothing but debt - this all happened in about 2 months after failing to relist but miraculously opened 4 months later with a fresh new name and flotation to give it funds to get going with the original mine we owned shares in. Funny enough with the same same directors And all said to be perfectly legal. They get away with daylight robbery. So I'm not certain but I'd imagine if they don't relist tomorrow or not sure if they could Monday as I think it's past the deadline I'd say we've lost our Money for good

Isn't tomorrow the deadline. If they couldn't pull it off in 6 months I'd say that's it. They could repair again. Only that would cost £350k. Not sure if they have that sort of cash

that is basically letting you apply for more than the 1:12 that your allocated....your not guaranteed more than 1:12 but if only a few people take up the 1:12 offer you might get more than your allocation

It means you can purchase shares at the offer price of 37.5.....The option allows you to buy at this discount price for the next week or so only....You will be allowed to purchase one of these discount shares for every 12 shares you currently hold...ie if you have 12000 shares now you will be given the option to buy up to 1000 shares at the offer price....its for their new fundraising...as the share price has dropped its not that much of a discount...or you can ignore and do nothing and everything carries on as normal...I'm just leaving it....Hope that helps

It's disgusting the lack of news. Like you say it's down to the last few days and still not a mention of what's happening either way. Can't believe it's so easy for them to just do what they want. I hope we are worrying for nothing and a deal is right at this moment being thrashed out. LOL. Probably a crazy thought. Hope we are wrong and it turns out ok. I was originally back then expecting a return to market with a fat premium. Now anything is better than nothing Hope we get something back. Take care

Ahhh Jim. Just when I thought it wasn't too bad thinking at least we have actual assets of 6p a share. I really haven't a clue what will happen. Obviously they will know by now what is going to happen But surely even if the takeover doesn't happen there shouldn't be any reason not to relist and carry on as it was before this happened. It's really bad that there hasn't been any news. Especially as it has less than a week left. I hope we all manage to get something.

The balance sheet shows actual assets and inventories of close to £2m that's close to the last share price. Intangible assets can be anything from an idea to future hopes. In other words nowt. I think it depends on how shifty the BOD are. Years back a mining company failed to resist but carried on trading under a different name We still held shares in them but were impossible to sell nobody would touch them and were told we could make a claim against the company. With results not guaranteed but cost of over £2k each

I thought it was a set 6 months then a total re list with £350k cost. We might have a chance then. I've seen similar with gold mines that have tried and failed. They ended with the companies giving statements that they have assets of so many millions but need so many millions to get to those assets and declare themselves therefore worthless and just so happen to have a company that takes them over. Didn't stellar say they need millions to develop the mine. If they don't have the Millions they can't get the assets. I hope your right and we get something back

They only have this week. So I take it we have lost our money. Shares that go this way normally get sold for a token amount as a private sale. Normally a quid. Their r t o buddy might take any asset. We get nothing. Surely at this stage they will know if they are to relist or not. They usually give 2 weeks notice before relisting. They could relist without the take over but I'm betting it's their choice not to it's easier to just disappear and get merged with their r t o buddy. This might have been the plan from the start

Yes I've no response too. Tried calling and email and even. Not sure if it counts as stalking. Messaging on Facebook messenger. LOL. Yes his profile still says he works for stellar. He might change that next week to the company that gets it for a quid and we get nothing

Their last update last week said it would be in line with expectations. I don't think they want to ramp it up like they did last year. That's what caused the shares to crash 50% in minutes by the BOD ramping it up then posting fairly decent but not what the shareholders were expecting results. They did look way oversold then and still look a good but
