As well as some of the biggest names in investment houses holding the majority of the stock. Have a holding in a tiny pe fund which has no investment houses involved at all and it's ringing alarm bells. I might dip a toe into this one and maybe buy a couple of k or so to start.

A decent set of results. Trading to a discount and lots of promising companies

Can't believe the number of buys and hardly a Movement in sp. just a month or so back just a couple of £2k trades had the price moving. Now it's got hundreds of decent buys with hardly a sell and it barely budges.

There is certainly a huge increase in trades these days. Not so long back you would struggle to buy more than a few grands worth at a time and even that would push the price up.

Can't believe with all those buys and the price hasn't budged. In the past it had been quite hard to buy or sell even a few grands worth. It looks really strange.

Crazy. I've Seen days when a few k worth bought or sold has moved it quite a large % and yet it's hardly shifted

I think the price is actually around its NAV and it has the other side to the business as well. Looks promising. I held at 50 and sold at around the same a year back. It now looks cheap and a good buy. It's pretty much owned by Woodford and Perpetual

Decided to get back in today. 20k at 34. And results due soon. Over 70% are held by 3 investment companies

They have a fantastic product. But how many people. Even those from the medical area know much about it. It's a shame I think the product is fantastic. But as a business model. Shocking

No that's what I'm saying they would give you 5 if it were cheaper than 1. I've seen it where they give one pill to treat then one to ease the stomach cramp then one as a laxative then another because it makes you feel nauseous instead of one which was available that didn't give any side affects but it was cheaper . Giving the patient All these meds would be cheaper than FF. Lansoprazole and omeprazole are now cheap that their patents expired. 28 Landoprazole, 28 Aspirin and 60 senna all for around £1.70. Even if it were to make you feel nauseous throw in some metoclopramide x 28 For an additional 70p. All that for £2.40. It's still a lot cheaper than FF. That's all the NHS want to know. The bottom figure.

Exactly...the NHS would have you take 5 different tablets to get the same effect as long as its cheaper..take an aspirin and something like lansoprazole or omeprazole and its way cheaper.....a months pack of each will cost the NHS less than a quid for both a month,,,,unless fruitflow could do it cheaper they wouldn't even consider it....

Same old rubbish from them.....sounds amazing...multiple six figure......£100k equates to around £3k for them.....and how many of these actual deals have come to fruition......Still waiting for that forthcoming due to be announced crap a few months back....they have been in trouble for ramping in the past...I see they haven't learned from that

They have been given warnings in the past for misleading information. That last one takes the biscuit though

I don't think it has been mentioned as such since it was taken out in 2012. But it has been there in the accounts. I find it hard to believe they left it to the last minute causing all these problems. I hope it turns out well for the investors. I had sold mine a while back when they started to look desperate for cash. I actually was thinking of buying back in after the price had lowered more and they had got some funding sorted. But in the mean time this happened. Good luck to the investors. Hopefully something will get sorted. I would pray someone takes over the projects. The company Redx is finished. Who would ever trust them again ?

That's why these shares are such a huge gamble. If it pays off it's an enormous pay day. But the chances are tiny. Some trials take over a year to get the patients enrolled never mind start the trial. Then some trails run from 2 to over 5 years. Then they have to be certified after that. It takes many years and huge amounts of money. On our books we have around 200 trials. We are seeing more reach market these days. Not because of better development but more because of companies being more cautious. As I say more make it to market. Out of the 200 trails we are conducting we expect around 5 or 6 to reach market within 5 years and only half of these to make decent profit. That's why the investment professionals in over 95% of cases will invest only when they have an actual product on the market. Thy might miss the initial 2 or 3 hundred % increase in price after success but they will have many years increase in price and income after that. Why take the risk when the chances are something like 1 in 70 will succeed. They just buy when everything has been signed and sealed= sure fire income stream. It's the like of us private investors hoping for the next big unicorn in biotech. I've a couple of ones I really fancy and have heard fantastic news about but I'm in the process of transferring my SIPP so it's a bit awkward

Yes thanks for referencing me. I have worked with clinical trials for years. I had been invested in red x which HAS very promising projects. But fortunately sold when there was all this talk of cutting back on all their promising projects. That rang alarm bells. This shows they were in dire straits. I don't want to bore people with drugs but I've seen the big 3 spend hundreds of millions on developing a drug. Getting it to market. Like only a couple In a hundred will and even after selling the Injection for over £1k a shot which costs a quid to make only actually make profit in their last year of patent protection. I hope people get something back. But from a couple of month back they looked desperate. I thought they would go for a fundraiser and hopefully make it to market in a few years. Very badly managed. That's why the council demanded their money. This should never have happened. I believe one of the big boys might take it over. It would be a tiny drop in the ocean for them to take it on. Otherwise on their own Red x. Have put themselves out of business and nobody would touch them again after this ridiculous fiasco. I genuinely hope it turns out good for the shareholders.

I still really do believe it's a good product, but I think they missed their opportunity with it and it will now be lost amongst the shelves along with the other supplements and minerals. Still good for a gamble. Like a few of the other dogs it's a good gamble when the rampers get it moving. As a genuine share it's way overpriced and the turnover is pathetic.
