I criticised the TCT and DRC CASA deals at the time as bad decisions and given the outcome you will surely agree that I was correct so obviously you are mistaken saying that I am a 'fanboy'. I not a fan of anyone let alone the current CEO. Macca280, you may disagree with SOME of what I say as that is your choice but not EVERYTHING I say as I mostly post facts such as RNS details or news publications relevant to PREM and they are independent reports and therefore not necessarily my own views. LVL, read my post and you will see that I was commenting on how small cap mining is financed by dilution. A new CEO may do a better job as in hindsight there have been some abject failures. Successful tungsten mining is dependent on many factors including: - Commodity prices holding up above break even and that was where RHA ran into difficulty. APT Prices are now much higher as is the exchange rate US$ against �Stirling so both are positive ; Tungaten ore grades and here it took further plant investment to make that economically possible; Share of mine and it should increace from 49% to 90% when NIEEF is signed off; It needs further Investment to attain profitable production and that requires finance by successful JV. Alternatively shareholder approval to increase share headroom to allow for any placement; Zulu Lithium mining is probably our best bet to add shareholder valve as we already have a huge inferred resource. It needs necessary finance to prove the resource to bring it into production but if we cannot get a suitable JV partner then I can envisage shareholders agreeing an increase in share headroom to secure 100% ownership either as part of PREM or as a separate IPOed company with free shares for current PREM shareholders. The permutations have been discussed extensively so need no repetition as final decisions will be taken at the time. You may cringe at what GR says, even though he has also admitted mistakes and said that he is not looking to add futher assets,but I am more interested in seeing decent progress being made during the next 6 months at Zulu and at RHA. That IMO is more likely than not.

Panther53, you say 'nothing of value to show for it'. The last audited accounts state otherwise. Funding and dilution is how small cap mining companies raise finance and a change of CEO will not change past funding. PREM is now firmly focused on developing two major projects; RHA and Zulu. A new CEO is unlikely to change this.

The key words are ''would in turn''. The intention has always been to get RHA fully operational so that the cash generated would in turn fund PREM's other developments. Zulu has reached the stage where we know with some degree of certainty that there is a huge inferred lithium resource but that resource now needs to be verified by further drilling and core analysis. A lump sum in return for NIEEF share of RHA will finance Zulu much quicker than originally intended and leave more than enough cash to get RHA into full productuon and also update the open pit resource as announced. The path is now clear for all this to happen apart from getting the agreement signed, sealed and delivered but because this is all new territory, getting agreement delivered needs more time than we would normally expect. PREM is working tirelessly behind the scenes to get this agreement in hand.
