George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Moneytolose, I have double checked and have added your question to the list.
Q11 Economy class - I worked in SA and Nigeria and fly on the cheapest ticket. Do Premier staff?
blacksheep15, almost no expletives were used.
Here are the questions extracted from 13 pages. Please quote the Q fully when giving your recollection of GR's replies.
That will then enable me to email GR with the remaining questions that remain unanswered or require further clarification.
Q1 What is the plans for near term cash flow. We have GR Loan due in November and the last placement will only last so long!
Q2 You have said on a number of occasions that RHA ownership “has to come to a head”. Can we take this as confirmation that by the end of next week, if nothing has been approved by the government, we will take action to secure RHA ownership?
Q3 How are Michael Fosters plans to turn this business around progressing?
Q4 When will you hear on ZULU land extension application?
Q5 Your travel costs last year were $300,000 drawing $300,000 in fees. Can Premier afford these high levels?
Q6 Why did we start extra work at cost to us on RHA until full sign off was received?
Q7 Why is start up time related to equity situation when PREM would receive the first $20 million?
Q8 Is David Lenigas still involved and receiving fees and what does he bring to the company
Q8 George are you still in regular contact with Circum regarding progress?
Q9 Will BOD take a pay cut of -50% till value is added that would show the market confidence?
Q10 What about KATETE ?
Once he logs off the Zoom app that is used to conduct business, only GR has access to the questions.
I managed to capture them just as he was closing. I used the mouse right click, select all and copy method and pasted into Word.
I will go through the lengthy process of editing out the pages so that I have just single questions and post them here in around 30 minutes.
I have more but it will clutter up this board.
Yesterday at 17:12 DOIRE said that he was involved in the cut and pasting admitting: -
"You think if we asked 5 concise questions on the webinar he would have answered any differently. I was one of the multi copy and pasters. At least i got to rant ;)"
Fitzy007 the SP was only -5.2% down after the RNS' and its now -17.5%.
Here's the trolling as it happened: -

As I said earlier the Webinar was hijacked by 2 individuals in collusion and working in tandem. They flooded the online question board drowning out any individual's question. They ruined the whole event and GR eventually had to call a halt.
This blatant trolling did nothing for genuine investors looking for answers and from what I see it badly affected the SP and plunged Medium LTHs further into the red.
The debate on here resembled utter confusion and allowed traders to peddle more doubt in the minds of newer investors.
I am waiting to see what happens in the next two months or so and todays fiasco will be largely confined to history.
The clowns obviously planned their ambush in advance and so left GR unable to read shareholders genuine concerns in the hiatus, though he was able to answer questions previously sent in by email.
He did allude to one important issue, RHA ownership. GR said that if Premier did not the get ownership signed off by the end of next week, then he would instigate legal action to liquidate RHA Tungsten (Pvt) Limited and bring it into Premiers ownership. An RNS will be published to that effect.
The Webinar was ruined by 2 attendees "s A " and "Galaxy S8" who flamed the chat question board. e.g: -
From s A to Everyone: 01:27 PM
David Lenigas. Is he still involved?
From Galaxy S8 to Everyone: 01:27 PM
David Lenigas. Is he still involved? David Lenigas. Is he still involved?
From s A to Everyone: 01:27 PM
David Lenigas. Is he still involved? David Lenigas. Is he still involved?
From Galaxy S8 to Everyone: 01:27 PM
David Lenigas. Is he still involved?
That despicable behaviour meant that we were unable to focus on any important questions and allowed GR to avoid our genuine concerns.

chippyjo, I did not say that it would be easy. I was explaining why less favourable drill results show as areas to avoid.
Once we have all the results Premiers geologists can look at the map and then identify the most favourable route. For a DFS they drill along that route joining up the dots. How much drilling would depend on the length of the route but would governed by the logistics of mining that route. e.g. time taken to move mined ore along the conveyors.
chippyjo, the drill results map out the most and least viable areas. They show where to mine first and then where to progress along these most productive seams. The map also shows areas of narrow unproductive seams to avoid.
Moljen, I keep an open mind as should you.
The 1st RNS today on Bara is a mixed bag and needs to be read as a whole because it expands on the Barra report. The 2nd RNS gives excellent drill results and when confirmed by SGS, should add significanty to the underground resources.
"Premier continues to reduce overheads and is pleased to report that executive management have agreed in principle to accept not less than 50% of their already reduced remuneration in the form of equity in Premier and a further announcement will be made in respect of these proposed arrangements."

Mining takes time and IMO 15 months to progress beyond the return on investment point and make bigger profits is a reasonable amount of time. Further drilling results due soon could well shorten the 15 months’ timescale.
The tailings are basically scrap and the XTR sorter at RHA can extract wolframite that previously was discarded. The Bara report did not include tailings so that needs to be taken into consideration.
