By the way, I was left holding the baby in Finablr, luckily an amount I could afford to lose.

This reminds me of the crazy Friday when Finablr spiked up from 5p to 12p plus only to be suspended on Monday. Hope this is not a de ja vu but good luck to all in.

I saw lots of posters referring to debt. UKOG is debt free, read yesterday's RNS: "As part of the plan to position UKOG for a post Covid world, in June, the Company fully repaid the convertible loan with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd, making UKOG debt free. The additional driver for the repayment of the £1.75 million outstanding balance was to eliminate the uncertainty attached to loan note conversion timings and pricing, something the Company believed created a negative influence on the Company's share price. We are possibly seeing some of the benefit of this action in the week prior to this report."

Now that all the bad news is out, I would expect a steady climb up, SS or no SS.

If we were in the US, a class action would have already been lodged against SCC by UKOG investors. SCC have screwed up, pure and simple, and cost investors millions of pounds of losses in the process, not that we would have had this planning issue in the first place.

The SP was primed for a big move up were it not for SCC to screw up!
Let's see if we go back to 0.20p until any positive news from HH.

The SP has hit c. 58p in 2017, 2018 and 2019 from what I can tell.

Wonder if we will be seeing 58p this year :-)

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from 31st December to 28th February.



As a result of this change, the Company's next audited financial statements will be prepared in respect of the 14-month period to 28th April 2020 and are required to be published by no later than 28th August 2020.

Thanks for your explanation on the warrants. I understand there are approx. 170m warrants still outstanding and I would hope they get exercised whilst the SP remains sub 0.5p so that it will then be blue skies ahead. It is better to have the warrants exercised and forward sold now whilst the SP is still sub 0.4p than when it is over 1p.

UKOG share price was approx. 0.60p early March I believe before Covid-19 caused a massive sell-off in global stock markets. We need to go up 100% from 0.28p level just to get back there and we now have no RF facility pulling us down.

1p easy IMO. DYOR. 20% daily rises will get us there in a few days. DYOR

Looks like the next Covid-19 test update will be after 9th July as per the RNS of 9 June:

A further update will be provided after approximately 1 month..."

Sadly the SP will drift until then. This one is for the bottom drawer for now. I would not surprised to see 10p as the impatient and bored PI's keep selling. Hope TB is not.

The derampers are forgetting something, yes, the SP has been sliding for months on end, but the tide has now turned. No debt, overhang gone hence NT to buy volume, operating expenses less than $13 a barrel and oil price over $42.

Sanderson or no Sanderson, it is time to re-rate.

UKOG is a darling of retail investors and sentiment is returning, the tide is turning. Swim with the tide and make money or swim against the tide and watch the great ship UKOG pull away without you.

This can move very fast when it gets moving. 1p can be easily smashed. COPL has played out very well since I posted, almost a four bagger, looks like UKOG turn next IMO.

Sentiment has turned and big buyer around in UKOG.

He has a lot of skin in the game.
