For weeks, any rise was being sold into which was suppressing the SP, many suspected forward selling which is why the SP hovered around the 5p mark which is the par value of each share. Now that the proposed fund raising has been postponed, the forward sold shares will have to be bought back as there are no new shares to support the forward selling, so I expect a huge rise in the SP.

The derampers are probably working with the brokers who forward sold. The free float here is low so I am expecting to see 10p plus in a few days if my theory is correct.

FCA has also reviewed PFG and Amigo, it's the same for every business in the sector. The fact that Alchemy are supportive of the proposed equity raise speaks volumes.

HSBC is now also a major shareholder.

HSBC in the house, Alchemy a 29.95% shareholder. Aberforth selling out and buying into PFG, who NSF tried to takeover last year. I suspect a lot happening behind the scenes. Have built a substantial shareholding here.

The seller is out it seems. 20p or more bid would do us good for starters. I know some would not sell for less than 50p.

Shell or Centrica/Spirit would be the frontrunners if there is a bid. Do not think anything less than 20p would go down well. Let's see. At the moment, heavy selling going on looks like smashing the price down. Who is buying though?

Let the SP get back to where it belongs. Sub 10p is a steal IMO.

Revenue sharing Agreement with Moneygram.
From the RNS: "The Agreement will enable the customers of OTR to send and receive money via MoneyGram's global platform which connects to more than 200 countries worldwide. Previously OTR's customers were restricted in being able to send money to less than 10 countries across Asia. Under the Agreement, OTR will be entitled to a share of the fees generated by MoneyGram on money transfer transactions as well as a share of MoneyGram's foreign exchange profits realised on transactions via OTR."

It was NT to buy £5000 worth of shares before the closing bell and the ask was 11p.
