IOG may be constrained by their resources but what about CalE/BHE? I would not rule out Shell or CalE exploring bids as well directly.

Why doesn’t Shell throw its hat in the ring? They would be the best suitor around.

I think an offer of 2p to 2.50p could seal the deal. IOG would not waste time on this if it was not serious about bidding IMO

As soon as someone was buying yesterday - see the 500,000 share trades, sellers immediately appeared. Looks like the SP is being controlled for the acquisition IMO.
