Just need confirmation re: settlement of EHGOF debt and what is being done about the EHGOF shares. Will the BOD purchase them?

A lot going behind the scenes and I fully expect the SP to hit 0.030p in the next few days on its way up to 0.050p.

Looks like we could be due a major tick up. Another contract? Alibaba update?

Bid/Ask was 0.90p/1p hence my buy appear as red as below mid.

This is a no brainer at this price with completion of the FO due imminently.

At 0.4p, it was priced to fail.

0.939 was my buy £10K.

Let the early traders exit first and then a slow and steady increase as the day goes by.

"Greencastle has also agreed that in order to better reflect both the costs of managing the JOE Media group, and the success thus far in managing JOE Media UK, the monthly management fee payable to the Company will be increased from £50,000 to £100,000 with immediate effect. The Company's entitlement to a 25% share of profits remains in place.

The Company continues negotiations with EHGOF in respect of the debts still due to EHGOF and continues to work towards a resolution which will result in the company having a conventionally funded balance sheet, and will provide an update in due course."

The negotiations with EHGOF seem to be going well as they have not dumped any more shares in the last few days. I believe we should hear a material announcement on the financing shortly.

Fantastic to hear about the JM news which we all knew about. £1.2m fee plus 25% share of profits from this one contract only. We await to hear news on Alexa etc.

The warrants are now being dumped, see the 100m trades. JM and other news should see us blast through the warrants. Volume is key.

Be that as it may, I am still prepared to see nought for my shares. Anything I receive will be a bonus.

Shetty and his concert parties held approx. 70% shareholding I believe. I would think his holding would be used to trade off any debts owed to creditors as it would otherwise constitute a fraud on the minority holders and I do not think the UK and UAE authorities would allow that. The debts should not be part of the company but Shetty's personally and the corporate veil should be pierced in cases of fraud.

All IMO.

The SP was 200p around Christmas 2019, perhaps Shetty will be willing to trade off his shareholding to pay off any debtors so that us PI's get a bigger payoff.
