That is misleading IMO. The parties could come to a mutual settlement and all they need to do is to record it with the courts by way of a consent order. That does not need to be listed in the court's diary IMO as a date may be taken at a Registry on an urgent basis to record any settlement/consent order.

The chart is looking primed for a substantial rise in the SP. This can easily do a TYM like over 300% rise in one day on the EPO news.

The share price was brought down to fill the huge order, the price went up after it was filled.

I managed to add 100,000 shares at 3.2p. Hold for gold.

I have dealt with the Government Printers in Sub Saharan African countries, especially ex UK colonies. They usually publish the Gazette on Fridays unless there is a special issue which could be issued at any time of the week. I would fully expect the EPO to be gazetted in a regular issue, so a Friday.

Plus news expected on other fronts.

Clearing the deck before good news is not a plausible theory.

Sellers never resign before a sale takes place from my experience. More likely a case of rats jumping off a sinking ship to avoid the wrath of shareholders.

This is a strong sell for me.

Sentiment is at an all time low in Tullow, hence there could be a sell off. The management just can't seem to give good news to shareholders it seems.

The SP will see new all time lows. Terrible destruction of value by the incompetent management. We could see 20's today!
