Interesting you mention ggp . Although ggp has been unreal investment the main lesson is to get in early and i beleive Bolton has us way ahead in comparison sp wise so pond for pound over the next twelve months panthera with all its projects offers multiples higher than ggp.

All good here - been adding as it’s sale on here right now. I’m putting Bhukia on the shelf until PL granted . My focus has strongly switched to Labola and Bassala , especially labola as it looks much bigger than previously thought and will multi bag the sp on the recourse RNS in Q1 ,super excited for this one .
