Things we forget about in the excitement…..

About eight months ago DL talked about a new patent being filed. Since then nothing. We would be able to see this patent about 18 months after filing when it automatically becomes visible. But nothing yet. On 2/11 and yesterday we saw the value of the tech and personally I am always interested in adding to the IP bank here. Now that they are sorting out the future I expect finally to hear more about it. Most likely to be PON/FTTR related.

The key aspect is that Ethernity FPGAs are reprogram able remotely. It means the unit containing the tech can be constantly updated so that it serves new functions in future years and is largely future proof.

This also applies with the likes of Tarana G1. All new base units are compatible with each other and with all upgrades because the units thrmselves get remote updating. With the speed of technical advance this is hugely valuable.

Things much better than many realise here . The up and coming increased amount of shares has been already deducted . If we only had 150m shares our sp would be between 4-6p today but with the market fully aware of the now 300m unless levy does a u turn with buisness so brisk at next weeks meeting and holds the share capital at 150m .

If he did this the sp would go ballistic . However I reckon he’ll stick at 300m shares come out of the TPS coupled with some further strong news taking us towards 5p. aimho
