I can understand Frankieabbots comment. The directors don't seem to offer a lot of encouragement to the long suffering share holders. The fact that none of them have bought any shares in the last 4 or 5 years says a lot to me. I've been a holder here for over 3 years and have witnessed the ups and down down downs.... The hopes of good news tomorrow never seems to materialise, but we all hold "just in case" of another huge rise like the one in July 2017.

I can't find any evidence of shorting on Lloyds, certainly nothing above 0.05%, where do you get your information from?

Seems strange that the directors of this company don't want to buy any shares here. A quick look at the link below will show how much faith they have in what they're doing.

With regard to the share price here, the likelihood is that this will be a good base from which UU will go forward to better things. No company can have solid investrment plans for the future with the threat of the "sword of damocles" in the form of a "venezuelan type government" hanging over them. Hopefully by tomorrow corbyn/mcdonell will be finished and a new and decent Labour party will begin the fight back against the extremists. All democracies need an effective and decent opposition that will work for the country, not just for the rabid marxist nutters.

Been very quiet on here for a while. Squeaky bum time now I think. What will happen to the share price in the next 48 hours?, could be bad news all round. Can only hope for a decent Conservative majority, as anything else will be a disaster for shareholders. Anybody got any views on this?.

Hi Jo27, from personal experience Hargreaves Lansdown and Interactive Investor are pretty good. These shares would be badly affected in the event of the trot getting into Downing Street, but I think the chances are pretty slim. don't want to wake up on Friday and be proven wrong !!! I'm holding.

Scary times ahead though. If Boris wins, the price will rise... but if the marxists win how low can it go ???
