Yesterday the market was dumping MCL at 0.30p, I bought at 0.40p and sold at 0.80p this morning only for it to go on to 1.50p! Market can shift in a second.

I have bought in 10K worth at 0.505p. Has been a very good week on the market, let's see if this bounces from this 0.50p support.

Some further musings, courts encourage settlements all the time, so if a decent/reasonable settlement has been offered by Samsung, Nanoco would be bound to consider it otherwise the court could hit it with legal costs even if it goes ahead to win the trial.
Also, Samsung could have offered to pay Nanoco's legal costs as part of the settlement amount.

All will be revealed soon.

I have always believed that a bad settlement is better than a good judgement so I am with the BOD's decision here by opting to settle. Anything can happen in court and a win is never guaranteed and even if it is a win, no one can be sure about the quantum of damages awarded and then enforcement.
