EGHOS has given us an opp to buy down here. I bought VAST in the 0.17ps, sold today at 0.46p for a 20g profit. Have bought in another 60m shares today here waiting for 0.20p.

IMO This will rocket today, extension of the term loan to end of March 2023 is big news.

This could imply that the shares will continue to be listed and traded until 31 March 2023. Interesting turn of events.

This is key for me in the last RNS:
"The Board will continue to look for ways to extract value from the Group in the future and to rebuild operations within the cryptocurrency industry. "
They have not mentioned Administration, they are looking to rebuild the Crypto operations and with Crypto getting back in flavour and at a joke market cap of £600,000 (0.60p per share), we could see a sharp recovery here.

Yes, a FCA licence cannot be transferred or sold, so any potential party would need to takeover MODE, hence my money is on a takeover at at least 5p. At 0.60p-0.70p, the risk reward is good enough for me to buy a grand worth of shares in MODE down here.

The FSA licence and the listing alone would be worth at least £5m IMO.
That alone is almost a 10 bagger from here at 5p!

Looking to buy here now. I would think Enterprise value is around £12-16m (debt plus market cap) which is pocket change to someone like NEXT.
