Putin, Aliyev, Pashinyan to discuss Nagorno-Karabakh situation10 Jan 2021 12:44
Kremlin announced on Sunday that "at the initiative of the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, on January 11, 2021, in Moscow, trilateral talks will be held of the President of the Russian Federation, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan."
According to the announcement, the focus will be on reviewing "the implementation of the November 9, 2000 statement of leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia on Nagorno-Karabakh and discuss further steps on resolving the issues present in the region."
In September last year, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan ordered an end to the ongoing conflict with Azerbaijan that erupted between the two nations back in September over Nagorno-Karabakh.
