Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared on Friday that Ukraine has lost between 2500 to 3000 troops so far due to the Russian military operation in his country.
During an interview with CNN, the Ukrainian president mentioned that the Russian military suffered more casualties in the ongoing campaign, losing between 19,000 and 20,000. "But we have about 10,000 injured, and it's hard to say how many will survive," added Zelensky.
Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that Russia had lost 20,000 personnel since the beginning of the military operation.
