The FCA may like to look at the due diligence reported by Solo on Helium One then......

Not been on for a while as too painful. Looking here today I need to cut my losses and stay out of this and other companies that are close to criminal in my view. Tanzania is dead, IOW another dud, Horse Hill? and the famous Helium 1 scam. We're mugs and have been right royally screwed and suggest others get out to before we line the pockets of these idiots anymore.

Will someone please link me to tangible proof any of this is real, and not just a web page, I want Company number listed at companies house with accounts filed, I want to see geographic reports and recent stats.

NR gonna have to get a real job soon, maybe he will work at Helium along with the other director residing over a company that has no board, no accounts filed and therefore nothing to have prepared due diligence on in the first place.

About time someone looked closer at the dealings of Solo. As for NR share holding, shut up, he has had multiple times his investment in pay, pension and expenses as have others and I and have been paying for it.

Same people on here will tell me to stop talking rubbish but as the ticker month by month goes down down down I think it is you talking utter rubbish. We have a self-appointed CEO and Chairman, business history shows this fails more often than not. The same CEO/Chairman said he would take his pay in shares but has not The same CEO has had an average admin annual charge of �1 million for 10 years with only 4 staff The same CEO gave millions to Helium One and tried to give more until stopped on here NO due diligence was not thoroughly carried out on Helium even if they show on 1 or 2 websites Helium One has NEVER filed any accounts in the UK and has one director The cash for Helium One went to an offshore company nobody on here can identify - saying it is normal practice does not cut the mustard as this is a publicly traded company not a private one so we legally have the right to know I was supportive on the whole up until Helium One but I have nasty feeling that NRs credibility took a dive after Helium and we are now suffering the consequences I am afraid to say we need either a new CEO or a Chairman to keep the board in line and very soon

With respect why would I talk to a board where there is a self appointed CEO & Chairman who said he would pay himself in shares and has not and whom tried to give more cash to a dormant company until people on here stopped him! You're spot on no I won't

"Irrelevant BVI" which nobody has visibility of and we paid the money to Helium One Limited in the UK to the director of said company and no DD would ever ever approve millions being given to a company which is dormant and has never filed accounts. They need to make a statement by the 18th April and I await with baited breath and will only assume with my faith in humans that this is not fraudulent with co conspirators present on this site.

Suspect that the SFO is now looking at Ritson and his association with Helium One, a company led by an unknown director, a company that has never filed any active accounts, only dormant and for which the company website does not correlate in any shape or form with the company information held on companies house other than the elusive Thomas Abraham-James. CPerkin will as ever for some reason now defend Helium One and suggest another dodgy individual mixed up with Solo previously but I am afraid that now falls on deaf ears. Ritson spent millions of our cash on H1 without ANY due diligence and he then had the audacity to try and give them more cash Open your eyes everyone, we have been stupid.
