Only query about this story is if these Dutch wells are so good why are they selling? Apologies if I have this wrong as it's all very confusing, but my gut is positive about the business now driving forwards and not just being the administrative costs outfit it has been for the last few years before Neil left.

Interesting article about another LNG site getting big investment. LNG is going to rocket in price as ships change from heavy fuel oil to LNG in order to be compliant with the IMO 2020 low sulphur convention on global shipping. Cruise ships, cargo ships and ferries are now converting to pure or dual fuel use engines to use LNG but the supply and infrastructure is lagging behind but now the big oil companies realise the customer base is switching to LNG they are playing catch up and will be flashing the cash to buy any LNG provision available, online or not.

Helium One - Confirmation Statement Overdue which is an offence, and there is an ACTIVE PROPOSAL TO STRIKE OFF.

BD I got exactly the same email which I sent back as utter rubbish and not telling me a thing. I have now received this which is even worse. In summary it I assure you everything is fine and you cannot check as H1 is a private company with assets buried in offshore companies. I've had it.

I appreciate your enquiry is solely focused on Helium One which is why I shared the detailed and transparent information below to give you context and enable you to conduct your own DD as you wish. The subsidiary companies detailed and Helium One (UK) are for all intents and purposes the same company and this kind of corporate structure is perfectly normal and above board.

In terms of verifying the investment in He1, I think you need to take comfort in the level of DD required by Solo as a listed company to invest in the company in the first place. Secondly, Solo has a new Board scrutinising every aspect of the company and the investments it inherited. I can assure you that if there was anything remotely untoward with regard to Solo’s investment in Helium One then the Board, including Tom Reynolds who is now on the He1 Board, would be well aware of it and would take action on behalf of the shareholders (of which the BOD represent c.7%).

In terms of lack of news flow, I am sure you appreciate that Solo cannot control this element and can only update its shareholders when material news is available. Helium One is a Private Company and is therefore not obliged to provide regular updates or audited financial statements.

Hi, miraculously had a reply just now from Ben but does nothing quench my thirst for real information on this investment and I have responded accordingly. I will publish the email chain in full once he responds if you want me to or happy to email separately.

Okay all, I sent an email to Solo Oil on the 21st March no response, I sent an email to benr@buchanan.uk.com 28th March and no reply. I will now as threatened, with no compromise as the patience has expired, be making a formal complaint and submission to the relevant statutory and enforcement agencies.

Thanks for the heads up and as I have said all along, all I want is some verifiable proof, not reference to a news article or dormant company, that all is above board and I will put my hands up and say I'm a pratt and I'm wrong but I do not want my leg lifted and unfortunately things happen in this world.

Thanks but given the dia downward spiral of this company and the fact the previous board has taken the pension and ran I think it is reasonable to see where the cash is today? There was no mention at all of H1 in the latest RNS?

Added to this the BBC interviewed James Abraham who introduced himself as CEO of Helium One and spoke on their behalf and according to the paper trail his dormant company has no staff, no office and he is sole Director with £100 assets?

Even if this is a shell for an offshore vehicle he should not be purporting to be the CEO of a company that is not operating in the UK under the UK registered name surely?

Solo paid 2.5 million in March 2017 to Helium One and for tax purposes for a public company should this transaction have been shown on the accounts filing for Helium One in September 2017 which instead the account was entered for a dormant company?

I don't want to be directed to anymore websites or press releases about H1. I want to know where the money is and who in fact is managing and operating the 'real' company we hope exists and we want a report on what our 13% investment in H1 is looking like right now...

StoneFold. Reading through your response H1 you fail to tell us why James Abraham was on the BBC this week purporting to be the CEO of Helium One Limited 09523349 is the sole director this company with assets filed of £100 pounds and last filed accounts and company statement as dormant.

The last Dormant Accounts filed were Accounts for a dormant company made up to 31 December 2017 filed 13th September 2018 but Solo Oil purchased £2.25 million in Helium One in March 2017 so why is this not on any H1 balance sheet filed in the UK?

I am still waiting a response from Solo and will be taking further steps if I do not hear anything back by close of play today. I am happy to lose investments but I will not have my leg lifted.

I know I deliberately took my eye off Solo as it was dragging me down into a spiral of stress but only just seen that NR has retired as I said he would with his pension and 10 years back pay intact. Gravy Train should be described in the Oxford Dictionary as Neil Ritson of Solo Oil. Take his share purchases out, even though bought with money he received by paying himself at Solo he did very very well didn't he. This just about says it all about this company.

And no, no response whatsoever from Solo yet on my H1 enquiry.

As James Abraham appeared on the BBC this week saying he was the Chief Executive of Helium One I am a little nervous as UK Companies House has Helium One trading as a Dormant Company with no accounts ever filed, one Director (James Abraham with residence in Portugal) and a postal address of Bristol but no office or employees. Given the £millions invested I think it is reasonable for me to ask you directly to clarify this please and do not direct me to an offshore entity that cannot be checked. If I am happy with your response I will then be quiet and will not take this any further.

Helium One annoys me as nobody here nor Solo will direct me to the register where I can see where "OUR" cash is....

Solo Oil and Tanzania I can stomach the loss, that's the risk, Tanzania they need to grease the right palms to sort out and the Energy Minister has homes in Oyster Bay Dar Es Salaam, New York and London so is approachable.

I have lost similar amounts between 75% & 86% with Solo the latter and others including Aminex, Rockhopper Exploration and Sterling Energy but my saviour has been Gemfields Group with a 883% return.

I will stick in until we die or succeed but I really am tired of the obvious people on here who have other interests in Solo and post on here that skirt around the Helium One issue, where is our cash, answer the question??

See some of you think we have £3m assets in Helium One. Sorry to make you smell the coffee but Helium One still has only ever filed Dormant Company accounts, has one Director with residence in Portugal and has no office or employees other than a Bristol postal address.
