For context of GGP's down day. This is not a GGP specific down day.

On the ASX of the top 500 companies...... 386 were in the red. https://www.marketindex.com.au/all-ordinaries.

On www.lse.co.uk 's homepage it shows 88 of the FTSE100 are in the red.

"Newbies" .... you expect immediate multi bags ? I don't get it. You invest and hold. Wait for the company to do it's thing. Investing is not for you if you cannot stomach ups and downs. I did comment last week on all these new posters here. Clearly most are just traders and not investors.

Same thing happened in 2020. Go look back at the daily share price movements. Par for the course of investing.

Using IG and looking closely at the 2020 share price you can clearly see the waves.

It moved from 2p to 5p and then it had a breather and fell back to 3p.

Then it went again from its news base up to 9p and took another breather forming a new base.

Off it went again to 12p and formed a new base.

And so forth until the 4th January 2021 when it hit 38.25p.

So 12 months of ups to find a new base, hold a while, then go again.

I suspect 2025 could follow suit.

Why do people expect share prices to only rise day after day? Look at 2020, the best year ever for GGP. Were there only daily green candles? Give it a rest. The share price moves up and down every day. We don't know if sellers are offloading or buyers are collecting. Why let it bother you? Traders focus on hourly/daily swings so unless you are trading stop focusing on the hourly swings. Investors shouldn't be concerned. Share price rose 20% last week but nobody said it's moving on no news, must be manipulation.

Each time we get a nice large green candle, it is followed by a crappy red candle. Hopefully we can hold the 12's today and form a base for the next leg up.

And GGP's share price trend is up and will be so for at least 2025 and into 2026.

Usually after such a share price spike the price falls back… referring to the last 4 years. Who knows what today brings. But if it goes down don’t fret. No share price goes up every single day. The trend is still up regardless what happens today.

O'Callaghans is under-developed, is that correct? Been drilled a few times but that is it. And Shaun or Bamps said it is under cover. So how much do you realistically expect to get for that? The buyer would have to spend 100's of millions to develop it.

“ cash. If the board chooses a consolidation and not a buy back, then I'll be gone, as that shows the boards intention towards shareholders.” .. Shaun has advised he wants to consolidate as we have too many shares in his view, and he doesn’t want to enter the ASX as a penny stock. This is not due to rinsing shareholders. So you best set yourself a sell date as it’s happening and likely with the ASX listing.

You wrote CAPEX cost is low … what does that mean?

Perhaps after the 2025 year GGP may be in a position to announce a dividend policy. Being after a solid year of trading behind them plus the ability to forecast 2026 and 2027. Perhaps they’ll add into their forecasts a dividend.

In the meantime we are just arguing over nothing. For now it’s surely all about share price gains, a penny or two increase a week please. We all make a lot of money that way.

There will be two camps … those after share price appreciation and those after dividends. This is a growth company so I want share price appreciation. I make more money per penny increase than any dividend paid.

Shaun himself said dividends in a couple of years… after he gets GGP on a solid foundation. I’m only repeating him. I didn’t attack anyone.

Don’t worry as you can get back to your share price manipulation nonsense tomorrow, wouldn’t expect anything else really. Only when it goes down though right? Yeah thought so.
