RE: Wake up call25 Jul 2025 07:01
I cannot see a GGP JV/TO until WSBN spends a lot of money to prove there is something worth their while. The fortunate scenario GGP was is with Newcrest does not apply for WSBN. Different situation at Telfer now.
Also WSBN cannot afford to go alone. And the only way to get any ore processed will be at Telfer. WSBN will not get the permits to build what is already at Telfer. So GGP holds all of the cards in any discussion.
However, that is years away, firstly WSBN needs to spend a lot of money to prove to the market they are sitting on valuable land. Currently we have seen this rhetoric over and over with different companies in the Paterson region. Talking themselves up. Nobody will look at WSBN until they prove their worth and that takes luck and lots of money (dilution).
The happy clappers need to appreciate this. Ramping this day after day does not take away from anything I just wrote. And words matter zilch at the end of the day. Even Antipa despite all of their drilling has not yet worked out how to process their ore. GGP is not jumping at them and they are a decade ahead of WSBN in their story. High risk means high risk, it does not mean guaranteed returns.
