Listening to an Australian business podcast and it’s a new financial year downunder (starts 1st July) and there has been a rotation from banks in miners on the ASX. Taking profits on stocks that seem overvalued and moving into undervalued companies. What timing for GGP in addition to gold, copper and silver up. All the ducks are aligning here. Christmas will be a happy time for us GGP’rs. 🎄 🥂

They making about 50% margins on AU$5,000 gold so say AU$2,500 which is say GBP£1,250 an ounce. Then multiply by say 90,000 ounces = £112.5million free cash flow for Q2 is my estimate.

Times 4 for annualised estimate of £450million. 🤑💰🍾🥂 What’s a suitable valuation multiple on £450mill pa. Times 10 = £4.5billion. Current market cap is circa £2.25bill.

That is 100% upside to the share price. 330p x 2 upside = 660p share price target. 📈🚀💰

Still no guarantee the geology will be a river of gold underground, regardless of the drilling team. Perhaps wait and see from the sidelines. Speculating really money before a discovery hole is the same as being in a casino.
