Toffers why are you so positive today?

The past two weeks you've called GGP all sorts if you recall... including calling Shaun/GGP a fraud. Leading you to sell 700,000 shares. You also sent a bunch of tweets to Shaun directly crying foul that GGP is withholding information and aren't operating in shareholders interests.

Now its all rockets to the moon it seems..... you've gone from biggest deramper to massive pumper, stating figures that are insane. As mentioned by someone else, you said you'd be out of this at 25p. Can you not understand why most here can't take you seriously.

Do you think Newcrest would have not bought the 5% of Hav if it was worth £15billion.... c'mon, stop ramping this to high heaven.

Toffers. £5billion for 30% of Havieron is not happening. Look at the market cap of Newcrest or Northern Star, other companies. Or even De Grey Mining. You're off ya rocker!

No shareholder will accept 6.7p a share would they. So the calc is irrelevant IMO. GGP need Hav to fund it for the next few decades. Why sell? It would have to be an offer at well over 20p a share to even interest the shareholders of GGP.

How did you get 50billion? 30% is almost a third, so times by 3 to approximate 100%. 5bill x 3 = 15billion. Note, it's absurd!

Don't confuse Toffers with real numbers and facts. Toffers sold 700,000 shares the other week on the basis that she does not trust Shaun. She is up and down like a yo-yo in her posts from one spectrum (negative) to the other (positive).

To suggest 30% of Hav is worth 5billion suggests the entire project is worth 15billion... proving she is nuts.

Toffers is in the camp that Newmont will buy our 30%. We have other posters saying GGP is going to buy Telfer + 70% Hav. So the views here are many. Nobody knows it is all speculation. What I hope for is that the share price will be back up at 20pence a share over the coming 6 to 12 months.

I disagree on selling Hav to Newmont. To find a new deposit and start a mine will take anywhere from 5 to 10 years. Whereas Hav will fund GGP for the next couple of decades.

Use keyword search on the GGP website. I am sure it was during 2022.

Why dilute just for dilution sake? We’ve been told that GGP is able to fund its 30% of Havieron. We have bank facilities in place to avoid dilution.

Yet when a company does engage you become the “condescending” individual here not Shaun. It’s much better that shareholders get to speak directly to management than the alternative. Grow up.

We don’t need further dilution. Wyloo, Tribeca, et al don’t want further dilution either I’m sure. Wyloo can pay $60mill into the coffers by exercising their warrants. We just the share price up 2 or 3 fold from here.
