why would I pay off a mortgage, on a 1.6% rate fixed for 10 years, when I can make 7% to 20% a year annual returns from that money via the physical gold, and stocks I bought.

Yes my tiny RMR position is down 40%, and some of my other positions are down too, my KOD was also down 50%, I bought 75m shares at 0.33, it dropped to 0.22 at one point, then it went to 0.92, over £400k profit, and i sold some at 0.7-0.8 range to buy a £30k pickup truck and go on a few family holidays, oh and pay all my rent and bills since 2021

I dont post much here any more because I enjoy playing computer games in my mums basement while I wait for the next 6 figure payday.
