Would be a shame to have put all that effort in, all those hours reading the boards, all those early starts and sleepless nights, the tears on the drops, and the boredom as months went by at 1.6p and again at 2.5p, to do all that for years and then to bottle it at ten pence! Only to watch it go to 30-50p in due course, even more? I dont think I will ever find another share as good as this for the rest of my career, and I dont think i’d ever sleep again if i squandered this opportunity and watched my braver comrades cash in, in the next 3-6 months.

To get to FS they need to calculate the resource and expenditure, thats going to require about 100 more holes in the ground from where we are now. do the math on that cost. Thats why it came with the timeline to complete that it did. again, dont get me wrong, this is good, we can do a great deal and get 20-30p a share and then hit the other prospects.

not correct thirdman, under the terms of the JV stage four states that NCM have to spend a "minimum of $20m toward FS" after the $20m the cost is shared between parties, GGP will have to stump up anywhere up to $60m by my calcs to get to FS, so we do a placing, take a loan, or sell the asset at that point.

imo GH will not be prepared to dilute and will take a fair offer at that point.

This is good, it means we get to move on and have the funds to progress the other assets and fund them 100% ourselves.

Stage 3 then buyout. im certain of it.

its about time if you ask me, NCM wont want to wait for GGP to raise funds to fund stage 4, the buyout will come at the end of stage 3 so as not to slow down the development

im expecting the MRE to be around 7m oz, it is after all a "MAIDEN" (first) resource estimate. like Numis, they will play it cautiously and start low and then gradually increase, 10m , 14m etc etc. do not be suprised to see a low innitial figure, just be educated that this will be upgraded, a lot, as the project progresses. SOLG is a great example of this if you can dig out their RNS's from the early days

ChristopheB - the mm's take the price to where they can trade the most volume, if they need sellers they can drop or raise the price, whats happended of late is that no one is selling at this paltry price, so they drop it to try rattle a few out, and get met by even more buying, its great! the more long termers there are, the more they are forced to RAISE the bid to get sellers.
