Im confused, perhaps ive misunderstood. I just read the rns and it seems as though HAMA have agreed to sell the entire project (that yielded 20m @ 6g/t) for just £963k. Regardless of what results are???

This seems like the dumbest deal ive ever heard, so if the JV partner finds a 5m oz deposit HAMA end up with squat, no minority share, no dividends.
