A third Russian tanker has reported it has been damaged after two other oil carriers spilled oil in the Black Sea after incurring damage from a storm.
According to Russian media reports, the Volgoneft-109 sent a distress signal on Tuesday, reporting cracks in its body. The vessel is carrying fuel oil, the reports noted, adding that there were no signs that the cargo was leaking.
