Having 3 signing the NDA and others sniffing by the sound of Mike’s comments I imagine they’ll achieve better than low ball.. Had it just been one then we’d get what we’re given but sounds like there could be some competition which is good!

Lol Ti… you know I can’t stand baseless ramping, however being given an estimate of what to expect + confirmation of buyers ( 3 = less likely of a fall through).. common sense dictates this is due a double up. Simple as that, no ramp intended.

All other things ignored, a conservative/realistic 5m tax credit (however that gets accredited) should double ECR’s value overnight, ie 100% rise from here. Normally I wouldn’t be excited but having three confirmed suitors and a reputable firm pulling the strings gives confidence that it’ll happen and it’s not just an ECR pipe dream! having this money/value immediately changes the game for all other projects regarding funding/access to funds (loans/collateral etc). Been bored for months here but something big is brewing for once I can feel it. Expecting some GBP style rises.

Don't forget they pay themselves in share atm, so dilution isn't what they want at all if it can be helped.

You are right James, however ECR have stated that a raise would not be below market price.. Not entirely sure why they specified that detail but to dump a discounted raise after saying that would be very poor so I imagine we’re safe for the time being.

Whoever the BOD trusted to participate in the past placings have messed things up massively here IMO.

Steps to go commercial at Blue Mountain + now knowing there's a potential bidding war with tax losses (forgetting everything else) has a GBP rise written all over it, does it not? I know Goldfinger etc have been screaming bloody murder RE a short or whatever, ECR has felt horribly held back. I'd just like to see us north of .5 and maybe even pressing a penny. Sounds a long shot but I remember thinking 1.6p was cheap, ffs.

I've been very critical of ECR lately but yesterday's news + seeing in writing that 3 companies are sniffing at our tax nuggets valued at 75m has peaked my interest. Say we get a shockingly bad deal RE the tax, 10m instead of 75.. That still double bags the mcap and would fund significant developments at blue mountain. Am I turning bullish again.. ?! heavens above Ti.

IMO the move up will come when the language changes from ‘if these results are repeatable’ and ‘may have a commercial project’ to something more conclusive with a forward thinking and funded strategy for how they plan to commercialise.Every one of ECR’s projects have been labelled as maybe commercial going back years, so while encouraging let’s not get carried away with pumping as it only serves the day traders atm.

Frustrating but predictable churning of stock. Makes no difference to the big picture unless you plan to sell in the next few weeks. Trolls want stock, simple.
