Essar as we know were visiting the site a few backs, this is documented seeing as the silly bu&&ers plane broke down, this was merely a due diligence excersise and from that point it would not be an overnight scenario to say yes please we will buy you for x per share. There will still be plenty in terms of contracts and negotiations to go through and for this reason I remain firmly in place. Not to mention the large deposits of high quality in demand raw materials that we as shareholders own a part of! Good luck to those with patience and to those without. Gents, Back to CDN we know for sure there are two interested parties at least here, we know that Essar were in the region checking out the site for due diligence (plane breaking down), we know for a fact that we have high quality sought after resource, we know that PRL under Dattels will want to make a profit on their holding etc Share price has been drifting last few weeks and has now started to move back up daily, something could be leaking..... Either way I still feel it is a hold and wait situation.

They would hardly be flying out to the mine last week if they had pulled the plug now would they? This is going to be a big deal and these things take time, perhaps they pulled out of RR because CDN provides them a far better opportunity.

I am happy and holding, yes it is has been ongoing for a while but with more than one bidder it is bound to take time! Quite frankly as long as the offer is good I couldnt care less who buys us out! I think the jitters/complaints are coming from the spike chasers i.e. the ones who think it is perfectly normal to make 300% on every share they buy in days! Bear in mind that Rocklands share price was 30 when the offer came in so it may give us some idea as to the percentage mark Essar will be willing to pay.
